jerseys are in!
Hi all,
The jerseys have finally arrived. Brian S and Hal L will be going over the order on Monday and we’ll hand them out sometime during the week. We’ll probably do this in conjunction with a team meeting for those who can make it.

The OCC has just received news that they have been awarded a $2500 Mountain Equipment Co-op Access Grant for trail building projects. The money is earmarked for items such as signage, equipment, promotion, and the such. We’ll have a trail building meeting in the next week or so to go over the plans involved with this grant, more details will follow.
In conjunction with this news, some of us will be heading out to the Bur Oak trail on the morning of Saturday, June 6th to do some GPS mapping and work on the trails. Please let Hal L know if you can make it.
Woohoo!
Last Sunday saw the re
turn of the Brandon Hills course to the mountain bike race series. Some OCC members went out to the race: Dylan H (who has been rocking the Expert field), Ron K, Russell T, Morgan P, Colin G, Ian H, and Hal L. Results can be found here. Thanks to Greg and the Brandon Bike Club for putting on a great race and bringing the Brandon Hills back into the fold.
Ian H and I (Hal L) ventured out on Saturday evening, set up camp and tried the trails in the dark. After a few miss steps we finally found the course and had a great time cruising the course under lights - very cool.
On tap this weekend is the Falcon Ridge Race, more info here if plan on trying this one.
